Day 1: Arrival in Izmir & Kusadasi
Welcome to Turkey! Upon arrival at Izmir Airport, meet your guide and transfer to your hotel in Kusadasi (approximately 75 km). After check-in, join us at the hotel lobby for a welcome and orientation cocktail.
Overnight: Kusadasi
Day 2: Ephesus & Laodicea
After breakfast, depart for Ephesus, one of the most renowned cities of the ancient Roman world and a key cultural hub. Explore the spectacular ruins, including the Odeon, the Library of Celsus, and the Grand Theatre, which still hosts events and can hold up to 25,000 people. Admire the marble-paved streets that reflect the city's former prosperity. Visit the House of the Virgin Mary, where Mass is celebrated, and the Basilica of St. John the Theologian. After a lunch break, continue to Laodicea, another significant city in early Christian history. Conclude the day by traveling to Pamukkale for an overnight stay. (Approx. 220 km)

Day 3: Pamukkale, Sardis & Philadelphia
In the morning, visit the ancient city of Hierapolis and the Martyrium of St. Philip. Enjoy a tour of Pamukkale's stunning white terraces, also known as the Cotton Castle, formed by cascading thermal waters. Explore the ruins of Hierapolis, home to early Christian writers and Philip the Evangelist. Enjoy free time to soak in the thermal pools. Next, travel to Sardis, a visually striking site that played an essential role in the spread of Christianity. End the day with a visit to Philadelphia (Alasehir), a city cherished by St. Paul and St. John. Drive back to Izmir for the night. (Approx. 200 km)

Day 4: Smyrna, Pergamum & Thyatira
Begin the day with a visit to Smyrna (modern-day Izmir), home to one of the Seven Churches of Revelation mentioned by St. John. Continue to Pergamum, an ancient city known for its medical center, Aesculapium, and its stunning Acropolis. Explore the Temple of Athena, the Library, the Temple of Zeus, the Gymnasium, the Great Theatre, and more. End the day with a visit to Thyatira, another of the Seven Churches, before returning to Izmir. (Approx. 180 km)
