Duration: 7.5 Hours
Highlights: Spice Bazaar, Bosphorus Cruise, Sadberk Hanim Museum, Ortakoy Village
Your tour begins at the Istanbul pier, where your English-speaking professional guide and deluxe air-conditioned vehicle will be waiting for you.
First, you will visit the Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Bazaar), one of Istanbul's oldest and most vibrant markets. Built in 1660, this bazaar was established to fund the maintenance of the Yeni Cami (New Mosque). It offers a sensory experience with a variety of spices, Turkish delight, coffee, teas, and a range of local products, along with souvenirs.
Afterward, you'll head to the Eminonu pier for a scenic Bosphorus Boat Tour. This relaxing cruise will take you along the Bosphorus Strait, offering beautiful views of Istanbul's iconic skyline, including intercontinental bridges, historic villas, palaces, mosques, and charming old houses on both the European and Asian sides of the city.
A lunch stop is planned at a local seafood restaurant (lunch fee not included), where you can enjoy fresh, local flavors.
Post-lunch, your guide will take you to the Sadberk Hanim Museum, which houses a fascinating collection of Ottoman-era domestic objects, as well as archaeological treasures from Roman and Byzantine periods.
Your last stop is Ortakoy Village, a picturesque neighborhood by the Bosphorus, known for its lively atmosphere, colorful shops, and local cafes. You’ll have time to explore the area and shop for unique souvenirs before returning to your cruise ship.
